Hengdeli China is an Eastern service salon for fine mechanical watches. From three locations we offer movement care, vintage restoration, case conservation and authentication under one shared protocol.
We invite the guest to sit, share tea and tell us what has changed. Slowness is not the enemy of care; it is the condition in which judgement becomes possible.

Listening to an old watch
Diagnosis often begins with sound: the balance, the tension of the crown, the small changes a timing sheet has not yet recorded.
Why a good watch deserves rest
A mechanical watch is not a perpetual machine. Rest lets the mainspring and wheel train relax, and the next wearing begin more accurately.

Common questions
How should I prepare for a first visit?
Bring the watch, its original card if available, spare straps and prior service records. Tell us what changed in rate, sound or winding feel; that is more useful than any adjective.
Does every service begin with an examination?
Yes. Every watch receives a recorded visual and movement examination before quotation, usually 40–60 minutes. Complications or water damage may require 2–3 days of deeper diagnosis.
Can you care for a watch bought elsewhere?
Yes. We are an independent horological salon and do not claim official brand authorisation. If the watch remains under manufacturer warranty, check its terms first.
Are original dials and hands preserved?
Where safety and legibility allow, original dials, hands and cases are preserved. Any replacement is explained in writing and removed components are returned at handover.
